Priority is generally given to library schedules or programming and local community or nonprofit groups, with limits in place to ensure fair access for everyone. Displays should be appropriate for a public community space and may not include hazardous materials, sales promotions, or campaign-related content.
Exhibits are typically displayed for six months, and exhibitors are responsible for setup and removal, although we are more than willing to help once you get here. Shelving may not be adjusted to accommodate your items, your items must fit the space. Please note that displayed items remain the responsibility of the exhibitor, as the library cannot assume liability for loss or damage. We do monitor the space and do our best to ensure they are kept safe.
