Held on the last Saturday of October each year\, this beloved Stillwater tradition bri ngs friends\, families\, neighbors\, local organizations\, and businesses together for an afternoon of Halloween fun and community spirit.\n\nThe fe stival takes place along Hudson Avenue\, with the Stillwater Public Librar y at the center of the celebration. Make your way from location to locatio n for free trick-or-treating\, games\, food\, activities\, and entertainme nt for all ages. Be sure to stop by the Library for the Children's Monster Mash Dance Party and other family-friendly fun!\n\nThe Fall Festival is o rganized by the Stillwater Public Library\, but powered by our community's nonprofit organizations and groups. We bring everyone together and help e ach participating organization get out into the community\, connect with n eighbors\, and showcase what they do best.\n\nYou'll find local groups hos ting their own activities\, games\, and treats throughout the festival. Al l trick-or-treating is FREE. Some organizations may also offer bake sales\ , soup\, or other refreshments for a small cost. Local restaurants along H udson Avenue will be open as usual\, with food available at their regular prices.\n\nAnd\, of course\, costumes are highly encouraged!
