Stillwater Fall Festival
Celebrate fall with us at the 14th Annual Stillwater NY Fall Festival! Held on the last Saturday of October each year, this beloved Stillwater tradition brings friends, families, neighbors, local organizations, and businesses together for an afternoon of Halloween fun and community spirit.
The festival takes place along Hudson Avenue, with the Stillwater Public Library at the center of the celebration. Make your way from location to location for free trick-or-treating, games, food, activities, and entertainment for all ages. Be sure to stop by the Library for the Children’s Monster Mash Dance Party and other family-friendly fun!
The Fall Festival is organized by the Stillwater Public Library, but powered by our community’s nonprofit organizations and groups. We bring everyone together and help each participating organization get out into the community, connect with neighbors, and showcase what they do best.
You’ll find local groups hosting their own activities, games, and treats throughout the festival. All trick-or-treating is FREE. Some organizations may also offer bake sales, soup, or other refreshments for a small cost. Local restaurants along Hudson Avenue will be open as usual, with food available at their regular prices.
And, of course, costumes are highly encouraged! Most festival-goers come dressed up, so this is the perfect opportunity to show off your favorite costume.

The festival is held rain or shine, except in the event of severe weather such as thunder and lightning.
Parking: Public parking lots and local street parking are available. Please do not park in private lots or business parking areas unless you have permission to do so.
Please note: This event is organized for community nonprofits and organizations and is not accepting commercial vendors.
