Summer Fun @ your Library

Step 1: Spend the summer reading what YOU want! #AnyAge
Step 2: Choose how you want to participate – in person or online!
Step 3: Get to reading!

Sign-up in the library to get your #ReadyToRead kit and get tracking those minutes! We know you can read 20 minutes a day – #EasyPeasy…

In person programs will meet in different locations due to our space limitations. Add our Google Calendar to stay on top of the schedule or print this simple simple calendar! #FridgeDecor #DontMissOut

All summer long we have free programs ready to go so families can have enjoy their summer while still keeping those brains working. (Think historical fiction where you learn something without really knowing it!)

  • Thursdays at 6:30 PM at Major Dickinson Park for children and families
  • Fridays at 11:00 AM at Glen Hollow Park for children and families
  • Every other Friday at 3:00 PM behind the library for 6th grade and up
  • Plus adult book clubs held at either the American Legion 490 or Community Center stop in for the specifics on those 🙂

Try out our sidewalk game each month! (The one on the side of the building…) Set up for you to enjoy whether the light is on or not! #HopscotchNextLevel #YouHaveToTryIt

Prefer our online program?
Read and record your books using the ReadSquared app to earn badges and a few prizes as well. Programming for all ages – check it out!
